Ghent 2011

Dear all, I think it would be good to set up a similar group for "Ghent 2011" (cfr my message a couple of minutes ago). Can I create this group myself or does it need Rich to be involved as administrator?

Maybe an interesting case for the Bergen conference: the Royal Flemish Harmonic recently went through a process of change with respect to “diversity” in their programming & marketing. “Diversity” is being interpreted as a broad concept, based on social, economical, demographic & ethnic parameters. More information (in Dutch …): http://www.defilharmonie.be/diversiteitswerking

The former director of the Royal Flemish Harmonic was a sociologist in charge of the first scientific survey on cultural participation in Flanders. The survey results were a source of inspiration for their change process.
