Dear members,

The 29th and 30th of May Rotterdam  was the host of the final conference in the Extending the Margins- program, called Audiences Insight/out. The theme was audience segmentation. Several expert speakers from all over Europe presented, talked about and discussed the needs, flaws, must haves and nice to haves of Audience segmentation and CRM, different models and the use of it. It was inspiring.

For those of you who were there, now all the presentations can be found on the AEN site in the group Audiences Insight/out, for those of you who were not there; by reading the different presentations and documents you get a good insight of the conference.

CJ Lyon has also taped and streamed some presentations, she will be sharing them as well with us on this site.

Good inspiration and till we meet again!
