- So why are you interested in audience development?
- It's a huge challenge for the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra to reach out out to new audiences. In a world where the way in which we consume music and culture is becoming more and more alien to the 'conventional' practice of classical concerts, the Rotterdam Philharmonic develops new innovative projects to bridge the gap between newbies and classical music.

AmbITion is a change programme for the arts and cultural sector helping organisations achieve their 21st century sustainability ambitions through implementing integrated IT and digital programmes.
