- So why are you interested in audience development?
- It is important to understand the audience wishes, because they are the ones who ultimately pay for what goes on at the venue. Focusing on the customer is very importent regardless of which company you run, and those dealing with cultural life are of course no exception. If you forget to prioritize the customer, you will eventually loose their interest in the product you are selling.
