I'm joining as:: A representative of an organisation

So why are you interested in audience development?: I'm interested in marketing and CRM in the performing arts. I'm writing a PhD at the University of Tilburg on customer loyalty. It fascinates me why some person is loyal to a particular organisation and some other person is not.

How did your 2011 look?

Leading up to Barcellona in April I think we can use this network to connect and share. I look forward most to leaning more about 'audience' and meeting network members at the remaining Berlin and Rotterdam.
