It's all excellent stuff, completely spot on. But as Pfeffer and Sutton say in their excellent book, 'The Knowing-Doing Gap': knowing what to do is not enough. The trouble is in the implementation. And the process of deep change that implementation requires. Has anybody got Ten Tips for Organisational Change please?
